Hi Lisa, The V fingers is done almost every time a picture is taken in China LOL(so crazy, even Noah did it). It actually stands for Victory.
Milli is just adorable and her personality so cute. In my little clinical trial, it seems the child's personality you see right away is truly their personality, so you have a winner. I mean, of course,there is expected greiving and an adjustment period, but in general, for me and my 4 at least I found I could tell their true lifelong personality in the first couple of days. Sorry for the book. Trying to say you are so blessed!!!
